The rooms are spacious and recently renovated with a comfortable king bed, it felt just like being at home. The hotel's location is superb and couldn't be better, as it is conveniently located within walking distance to Fox Observatory. Situated in a business area, the property offers a pleasant setting for guests.

The cleanliness was very nice and it was very close to where I needed to be the next day.
No vending machines on any of the floors but the sign on the door said there was both ice and vending machines. There was only ice machines.

The hotel did not have proper information regarding room reservation...size bed, sofa bed, breakfast included. I needed to provide "proof" via email that I did indeed reserve what I stated. The room was dirty. I called downstairs for clean towels and after not receiving in 2 hours, I had to call again to request towels then didnit receive until the mornings.

I like the location and the lobby is modern and clean
As others have mentioned rooms are damped. I don't know what is going on but the carpet was wet as all things inside the room. Rooms need to be updated. I only stayed for one night otherwise I would have change hotels
